Cyclewerx Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original order date.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Opened products
• Helmets, Apparel, or Riding Gear
• Consumable items (lubricants, cleaning supplies, fluids, filters, adhesives, etc.)
• Wheels and tires that have been mounted
• All electrical components are (final sale) — these cannot be returned unless the wrong item was shipped. In cases of shipping error, the original packaging must remain undamaged.
Condition of Returns:
• Returned items that are damaged, used, or incomplete may be rejected.
• All items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and all accessories.
Return Process:
• All returns must be pre-approved and include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#).
• To obtain an RMA#, please contact our customer service team. Please email tom@cyclewerx.ca to begin return process and receive an RMA number• You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs directly to the carrier.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty: In all cases, the manufacturer’s warranty policy applies. Cyclewerx Inc will support the manufacturer’s warranty as provided. We do not offer additional warranties beyond those established by the manufacturer.
Processing Time: Approved returns are generally processed within 1-3 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.
Cyclewerx (the “Seller”) sells parts and accessories that may require professional installation. All products must be installed by a qualified, certified technician or mechanic with the appropriate tools, knowledge, and experience for your specific vehicle.
By purchasing and/or using any products from Cyclewerx, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Installation of any part is done entirely at your own risk.
• Cyclewerx is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle, other property, personal injury, or death resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions or industry-standard safety practices.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that all parts are installed correctly, that all safety systems (including brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical components) function properly after installation, and that the vehicle is inspected and tested by a qualified professional before use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYCLEWERX DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of property, personal injury, or death, arising from the purchase, installation, or use of our products.
This disclaimer applies to all products sold by Cyclewerx. If you are not willing to accept these terms, please do not purchase or install our products.
